About the Role
Bonolo Impex is a growing international trader of customized furniture & furniture manufacturing Fittings, committed to delivering quality products and building long-term relationships with clients across diverse markets. To support our expansion plans in South India(Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh) we are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and strengthen our presence.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing strategic Business relationships with Flat promoters, Builders, Architects, Interiors companies, And Individual Premium Villa, Flat owners and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires strong market insight, relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends & customer needs
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with International factories and logistics to ensure seamless execution & delivery
- Visit client sites to assess layouts, measurements, and specific requirements for customized furniture projects, ensuring accurate proposals and execution
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Business Development or similar role
- Experience in furniture related industries preferred
- Strong understanding of international markets and B2B business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker
- Willingness to travel as required
